Return process
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you have 30 days from the date of delivery to return the item for a full refund or exchange. To do so, please contact us at support@mundowear.co.uk and we will provide you with the necessary address to return the item. It is not possible to return the goods after the 30-day return period. Please note that the cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, unless it is a defective product or the wrong product was sent.
We try to make the return process as simple as possible. Please remember that the goods must be in their original condition - unworn, unwashed and unsoiled - with all tags attached. Please use the original packaging for your return. We do not charge a restocking fee. Returns are subject to our Terms of Service.
Refunds
Once we have approved the return, you will automatically receive a full refund within 7 days using the same payment method you used to place your order.
Delayed or missing refunds
If you have not yet received a refund, first check your bank account. Then contact your credit card company or bank as it may take some time for the refund to be officially transferred. If you have done all this and still have not received a refund, please contact us at support@mundowear.co.uk.
Damaged or wrong orders
You have received your parcel, but it is damaged or the items are wrong (e.g. wrong size or colour)? No problem! Please take photos of the problem, briefly explain what is wrong and contact us, quoting your order number.
Exchanges
If you need to exchange your new order, please email us at support@mundowear.co.uk and we will help you with the exchange process.
Cancellation
If you decide to cancel your order, just do it as soon as possible. If you cancel too late, the order might have already been dispatched and you will have to proceed with return process.
Changed your mind?
We are aware that there are instances when you might wish to change your mind about a purchase, and this is completely acceptable. Our return policy covers more than just defective or damaged items. Should you have a change of heart, you can return your item within 30 days, as long as it is unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging. Please adhere to the steps provided above to initiate your return.
