Country of delivery
We currently deliver free of charge in the United Kingdom.
Order confirmation
Once you have placed your order, you will receive a confirmation e-mail. This means that we have saved your order in our system and have started processing it.
Tracking your order
You will receive your tracking code in your e-mail within 24 hours after your parcel has left our warehouse. You can also track your order on our Track Your Order page.
Delivery details
Typically, we will process your order within 1-2 business days (Monday to Friday). If your order is placed before 14:00 GMT, we will initiate processing on the same day. You can expect to receive your products within 2-4 business days (Monday to Friday).
Shipping costs
We pay shipping costs for every order. All our products are delivered to your home 100% free of charge. There is also no minimum order quantity.
Late orders
If the maximum time for order processing and shipping has passed and your order still hasn't arrived, don't panic. Allow up to two extra business days and don't forget to use your tracking code. If your package still hasn't arrived, please contact us, quoting your order number.
Damaged or wrong orders
You have received your parcel, but it is damaged or the items are wrong (e.g. wrong size or colour)? No problem! Please take photos of the problem, briefly explain what is wrong and contact us, quoting your order number.
Cancellation
If you decide to cancel your order, just do it as soon as possible. If you cancel too late, the order might have already been dispatched and you will have to proceed with return process.
